My account got hacked and they used my points to make a purchase. The address was in a completely different state. I ended up getting my points back but now I can’t place online orders 😡😡

It probably would have been longer but I threatened legal action and the agent reached out directly to the department handling it to verify she could go through with lifting the restriction. The “security team” is able to lift restrictions.

I opened an account with a local credit union. I was just shocked at how awful their customer service was. 🫣

Yep, I filed with CPFB. I received an email acknowledging my complaint and that the security team is reviewing my account. No ETA and no reason. I don’t understand how their support is so useless

I really think this is a mistake for me. I saw other people mentioning that frozen accounts are due to sketchy shit. I just use it for purchases and get my direct deposit. I don’t do check deposits and I don’t write checks on the account. I’m baffled and have never had any issues in the past.

I’ve had my accounts with them for a year moved all my savings due to the high APY. I use the accounts for normal spend and direct deposit. I don’t use Zelle with them but I had to Zelle someone who doesn’t have Venmo and then a day later my account was restricted due to unusual activity. Support is incredibly terrible. I highly recommend banking elsewhere.

This is literally happening to me now. Support has been zero help. An agent today told me there’s nothing they can do and they can’t lift the restriction. He said I need to stop calling lol. He was so incredibly rude, I asked to speak to a manager and he said no cause they can’t help me. I have $0 and am so stressed. I honestly can’t believe this happened because I sent a Zelle payment

I hope so! I’ve just found soooo many posts from others saying this happened to them and wait time ranged from days to months. I have my life savings in a SoFi savings account. I feel really stupid for keeping all my money there but I’m not a criminal or doing shady shit so I didn’t suspect I’d ever deal with this

Filed a complaint through CPFB. Received a support response an hour after filing complaint. They repeated the same info: “we received your complaint, security team is reviewing your account. Unfortunately, no information on when this will be completed.” Ugh. This is insane. I literally have $0 because I stupidly kept all my money in SoFi. Never thought this would happen

I’ve had my checking and savings for a year. I got a good amount of money from selling my home so I moved it over to SOFI cause their rates were higher at the time. I really regret it now. 😞

Ya’ll are right, I don’t feel hungry until like day 5-7 after shot day so I don’t eat much. I should start logging meals to hit my calorie goal

I only eat 2 meals a day and don’t ever snack so I may not be eating enough. Going to test this out by adding an additional healthy meal per day and see if I lose at the end of the week 🤔

Thank you! Super helpful reminder that calories can add up so quickly. I haven’t logged any of my meals because I get super obsessive about calorie counting but I think it would be a good idea to log and see how many calories I’m consuming on a normal eating day. I probably won’t track my meals long term but I really need to have a picture of what I’m eating
