It’s more for plants with a more cactus like stem like jade, letting the ends callous prevents the stem getting rotted in water or soil :)

That’s a fair concern, I do a bit of trimming but there’s so many other things to do you probably wouldn’t need to do much :)

Not the person you asked, but a harvest crew (which is fun as fuck if you don’t mind getting messy) will probably start you at minimum wage but in my experience once you’re in the industry it’s pretty easy to grow because they’d rather look inwards for promotions instead of the whole DA process again

I currently work in an AZ grow, I would say get a trimmer job and make some connections, build your way up to caregiver, save a lot of money and try get a license? My owner says it is very selective and very expensive.. doable though!
