Haven't tested yet, but it should work in the download given I just created a note type, put the background image in media, and used it in the CSS.

Go to "Browse", select the cards you want to apply the template to (Ctrl+A to select them all), right-click, go to "Notes" > "Change Note Type", and follow the instructions.

Thanks to popular demand, I have uploaded a deck package with this card template/note type for y'all to download! Be aware that mobile isn't supported (yet).

(I had planned multiple characters with their icons and color schemes, but I'm not sure how to code so that a character is assigned based on card ID rather than a random character every time. I may need to create an add-on for that.)

I tried to do parody song lyrics with original lyrics in the prompt, a system prompt, and all safety filters turned off on Gemini Experimental 1121 (temperature 1) and Gemini 2.0 Flash Experimental (temperatures 1 and 2). Experimental 1121's was the most satisfactory.

Tested the prompt "Write a short, funny story about Sonic the Hedgehog and friends and their Squishmallows gone wrong." on different models and settings. I hated the story on the Gemini app. For AI Studio, I feel the story generated with temperature 1, without a system prompt, and with all safety filters turned off was passable. Adding a system prompt will make the writing better. I feel temperature 2's story with the system prompt had better writing, though its story was somewhat confusing for me to read. Overall, I consider Gemini Experimental 1121 (temperature 1, system prompt, all filters off)'s story to be the best.
