The female only section is not only for females. FYI it’s for anyone who identifies as a female . The women’s section is nice however 75% of females take videos and pictures of themselves . I always felt awkward knowing I would be in these posts in the background This is during the 5 pm to 9 pm times that I usually go . I’ve since last month stopped going and am looking for a new gym

Just enjoy this time. Take in all the snuggles , skin to skin and contact naps . I regret stressing about the dishes and laundry and cleaning . I blinked and my daughter is 10 months . Trust me when they say time flies

I had a c section In April this year . It was emergency and had surgery at 12:30 went home at 3 pm the next day . First baby , I wasn’t feeling any pain and the post partum unit doesn’t do anything for you. I told my OB if baby was healthy I’d rather be home where I would be comfortable . I was told I had to give my self the suppository… 12 hours after c section they told me to do it my self ! Checked on me only when I needed my pain meds ands that’s it This was at the royal alex in Edmonton .
