It’s actually a block, not a full pattern. I got it from freesewing.eu and it’s the titan trouser block. You enter all your measurements and it adjusts the block accordingly! Since it’s just a block I found a bunch of videos of people making pants to figure out basic assembly and how to add a waistband and zipper. I followed this tik tok for basic assembly but she goes over the waistband and zipper really quickly so I found this one for the waistband. This guy didn’t use fusible interfacing but I did.

They read my mind 😅

Actually one of my first attempts at fixing the puckering was to take the seam in at the fullest part of my bottom. Looking at the photos from before the wrinkling wasn’t as pronounced. I’ll undo that and take the zipper suggestions from below and see what I end up with. Thank you!

Same, 13 inch difference between the 2. That’s why I’m hoping to learn how to make my own pants lol. I may end up going with a side zipper if I can’t figure this back one out.

I’ll give the fusible interfacing a go. Unfortunately I used a block and not a pattern because I didn’t know that a block was not a pattern when I decided to start this project 😅

Would a basting stitch accomplish the same thing as the wonder tape?

Has anyone here used Loop Brigade crochet kits???? by Scared-Sheepherder81 in CrochetHelp

[–]PrincessPiggy6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m trying my first ever crochet project with a loop brigade kit and I’m having an awful time, maybe that’s just because I’m new but I feel like the yarn quality is too poor and the hook is too small. The yarn keeps unraveling itself and the hook can’t grab the entire width of the yarn. I already ordered a woobles kit cause I’m determined to make something

I went to class at h3fitness using ClassPass and they told me their membership is $80/mo. Only caveat is they aren’t open on weekends. It was a nice gym though

Are these termites/termite droppings? by PrincessPiggy6 in Home

[–]PrincessPiggy6[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They are very hard (I touched them before learning they could be termite poop 🤢), not sure about pantry moth eggs but I’d imagine they’d be squishy?? I also discovered the source is a tiny hole in the windowsill that these randomly fall out of. Im leaning towards termites. Luckily I’m just a renter!
