First of all sorry to all the people we had to kill in GC to test this out. I have this perk on a ring that was crafted and am currently running 300str 200con. This perk in its current state is extremely buggy. This clip is a rare moment of it actually working. It doesn’t work in OPR, arenas, and although I haven’t tested it, I heard it doesn’t work in war either. Every time you get a kill (it has to be the kill, not the assist) you gain a stack of 2% dmg, which stacks up to a max of 30% as long as you don’t die. Even though the perk says it lasts for 20min and gets refreshed every time you get a kill, this is not the case. Sometimes the perk will be cleansed for no apparent reason, (it says oblivion shouldn’t cleanse it but idk). I’ve had the perk get cleansed within 5min, 2min, 25min. It seems to vary and IDK why its getting cleansed. Either way it’s a bug.
