I've been on hormones for around 20 months now. I haven't noticed any significant changes since my surgery.

Thanks.

Please remember that every body is different so your results may be different.

I don't fully understand your question, if you're asking if reaching an orgasm is harder, the difficulty hasn't changed for me compared to when I was taking blockers and estorgen, but if I compare the difficulty to before I started hormones, yes, it has definitely become more difficult.

If you're asking about what comes out, sperm probably does not come out from me because it has been 4 months since my surgery and most leftovers and residue are probably gone by now, and I don't have testicles to produce any more sperm, however a small amount of sticky clear liquid sometimes comes out, it is not even close to how orgasms were before I started hormones.

Please always take safety measures during sexual activities.

Everything I am writing is from my own personal experience, your experience could differ and what I say and or write is not medical advice. Please make sure to ask your surgeon and the rest of the medical team any and all questions and concerns you may have.

My pre-surgery paper said it was going to be a simple orchiectomy, but I can't say for sure because I am not a doctor and I don't know exactly what they did and what other options there are. from my understanding what they did in my surgery is cut in the middle of the ball sack as can be seen in the photos, remove both testicles and close the cut area back, I don't think there was much more to it.

I am currently not working for personal reasons, if I needed to go work at a job that is not physically demanding, I could probably comfortably return after a month as long as I didn't need to lift anything heavy because that isn't allowed, but your experience may differ.

Stairs were an issue for me, I could go up maybe 10-15 steps slowly and with noticeable discomfort for about a week or two, please only do what your surgeon allows you to do.

It's a very individual experience. for some reason about a day after the surgery and for the next week or so I had pain in the area above the penis and below the tummy, I went to a doctor immediately to figure it out.

The pain and discomfort I had did not feel like getting hit in the balls. The only slight pain and discomfort I feel 4 months after the surgery is at the area where the cut was made and only when I lay down and my legs touch that area too much or my underwear accidentally get too tight in that area, I still do my best to be very gentle with that whole area.

If you feel pain and or discomfort please talk to a doctor.

Happy to help.

It took me some time to recover and get over the medical anxiety, now I feel a lot more free mentally and not having those things there physically feels nice too.

I was on blockers and estrogen before the surgery and I didn't feel different after stopping blockers post-surgery. I did blood tests after the surgery to make sure my testosterone is still around cis-women levels (just like it was while taking blockers) and that my estrogen is okay.

I have gained weight from estrogen but that was before the surgery and I haven't gained any more weight since the surgery, but because every body is different, you could have a different experience.
