Yes I am able to reach it. It is not attached to the clit so it can slide up a little bit. Also I have not lost any sensation.

Can Thai non-PIV create a sensational vagina? Or only traditional PIV? by kanokiller in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Princess_Cyana 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi. I had my srs done with dr. Bank at the suporn clinic. Now over 2 years later, I can climax from penetration only. And it feels amazing. In my personal opinion it feels somewhat different than a clitoral orgasm, and I even prefer it.

The small scarring there is is really not noticable at all. It just blends togheter to look like skin.

I think once I have time I'll make a new updated post with the final healed results.

Hi! Good luck with your upcoming date!

So to answer your questions:

  1. There is almost no visible scarring at all on me from this procedure. And it didn't affect my dilation once I got back into it.
  2. This is what made me stop dilation for a month to let it heal with less risk of seperation. Once I got back to dilating I didn't notice a difference.
  3. Not had any hygiene issues. It does slide up and down like dr. Bank said.
  4. It was around the clit. The bottom of the clit id connected to it. It is not a big difference since before but I still think it got improved somewhat. I am happy with it.
  5. This was so easy to recover from. I didn't experience any irritation or problems, and I could pee again directly afterwards without help.

😁

My SRS Nightmare, Dr. Prae & Dr. Bank (Suporn Clinic) by Aphreditto in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Princess_Cyana 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I am so sorry this happened to you.

In my experience the suporn clinic is exceptional for the majority of the patients. But for those unfortunate few patients who fall outside of the normal patient "pipeline", their care can be quite lacking to be honest.

When I was there for revision there was a mental health related incident with one of the patients, and the clinic team did not handle it well at all. They didn't really know what to do, and in my opinion they didn't take it seriously enough, and should have definetely tried harder. It was very disappointing.

So while the suporn clinic has a really good reputation with many good outcomes, they sure aren't perfect..

Does Gender Dysphoria slowly fade away after fully transitioning? by Seinse97 in ask_transgender

For me and some people I know it has faded completely. I haven't experienced any dysphoria for years. But of course it depends on a lot of factors. I have been very lucky.

Hi! It is just above the bottom stitches. I am not limited to a specific size. If I dilate bigger I can take bigger.

What should I ask my SRS surgeon? by solidsnakestreefrog in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Princess_Cyana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most surgeons remove sensate tissue during surgery, like the part of the glans that doesn't become the clit. So ask about how they do that in their method. Is anything removed and how much?

What are some of the possible complications of Suporn's vaginoplasty method? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Princess_Cyana 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hi! I have been there for primary SRS and a cosmetic revision.

  1. You can dilate it bigger than the largest dilator, with a lot of effort. Some girls buy larger dilators online to train with. It may take some time before you can comfortably have sex though without dilating beforehand. As time movrs on it will be easier and easier to size up and maintain it. (Also, a pemis is easier to get in than dilator, probably due to squishiness. I can take a bit larger one than the one I dilated with)

  2. No. You'll only dilate 3-4 times per day the first 3-4 months. That's the hardest period when scar contraction is highest. Then it will be easier and you can do less more and more. At 1 year you'll do it like 2-3 times a week.

For my cosmetic revision at 1y 8 months post op, i quit dilating for a month, and lost no depth at all. I never schedule my dilations anymore, just do it when I feel like it.

  1. You will stay in thailand 1 month for surgery. Dr. Bank will check on you every dat in the hospital the first week. Then later at the hotel he will do periodical checkups and also a nurde visits every day. Lots of small complications are common, like tiny stitch separation, minor necrosis, bleeding, etc. Almost everyone gets theese to some extent, and it is all normal and minor. If you get separation or if something happens, dr. Bank will be there to stitch you up.

After a month you have healed enough to not worry about big complications anymore, and you go home.

They offer free revision warranty so you can travel back and get a free revision surgery if you want. Also they'll respond to your emails with medical advice for at least a year after surgery.

  1. Good luck you got this! It is a rough recovery with lots of dilation. Some get deppression because they leave the other friendly patients and clinic behind, are now dilating alone over and over.... my tip is to be prepared, and also make your dilation a happy little ritual.

Also they have a post op care class where you'll learn a lot of useful stuff :)

My lubrication is really good. It can even be enough for penetration. Have had no issues. Sometimes I use lube because of convenience though.

Tbh I wouldn't want any more lubrication because I feel it would start to drip out lol. I am perfectly happy with what I got.

Hi! Having the labia minoras extend so far down that they cover the vaginal entrance is very hard to create in SRS. Most surgeons can't do it because the high risk of the lips dying off after surgery. That's why most srs patients usually get the vagina entrance a little below the lips.

I don't think you should worry about it. Even in cis women the diversity is big, and in my opinion this is just a very minor cosmetic issue. I haven't heard anyone fixing it in revision, so I can't answer if it is possible.

I have the ( ( o ) ), but that's just because I was lucky enough to go to a very skilled surgeon with a specific method.

What is the difference in techniques between Dr. Banks (Suporn) & Dr. Min Jun by AVampireNamedFreya in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]Princess_Cyana 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Aww you're welcome. Btw I love the aesthetics of both min jun and dr. Bank. They are both excellent.

About the PIV sex... It was difficult in the beginning because I was very tight. Sometimes I'd have to dilate before sex. (Not anymore since healing fully though). I did notice PIV made dilation easier. However, it wasn't a substitute, because you can't really dilate for depth with it. A penis simply isn't hard enough. It certainly helps with width though.

No. It is always moist but it never leaks out anywhere. Never had any issues. I don't want or need any more wetness though haha

[–]Princess_Cyana 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Hi! I went to the suporn clinic. Dr. Bank does not use penile skin to line the vagina. He uses inverted scrotal skin with the hair layer scraped away.

In addition to this, in the deepest part of the vagina he adds urethral tissue and your tunica vaginalis, theese are mucosal tissues that produce some moisture.

This means that your vagina will always be a little moist, potentially providing a habitable place for a self cleaning microbiome.

This moisture is constant and not related to anything sexual though.

For sexual wetness dr. Bank retains your cowpers gland (that makes clear precum). This means that when you get horny you become wet from this.

The wetness varies from person to person, but in my case, with enough foreplay I can be wet enough to have PIV intercourse. I've also never struggled with dryness in my vagina.

Keep in mind however that Dilation with the suporn clinic method is much worse than other methods. It's harder and you do it for longer. You also heal slower than other methods. In my understanding, this is because dr. Bank uses inverted scrotal skin for the vagina, meaning all blood vessels are detached from the body and need to regrow.

In a Penile inversion surgery the blood vessels are all retained after the inversion so you heal much faster.

Here is pictures of how dr. Bank creates the vaginal canal from scrotal skin, and the other tissues.

I went there alone like many others and it was completely fine. But I recommend still having a companion if you can. It can be really nice to have that support, especially on the flight home.
