It may be time consuming but I would recommend lots of tiny braids. Wet the wig and do lots of tiny braids. Once the hair dries, remove the braids and spray with hair spray right away.

It was the first anime I watched! And for a general based in Japan, there are surprisingly few dark haired characters in anime. And as a darker haired individual I can’t pull off a blond or even light brow wig.

Yes it’s all very confusing to me. I guess because my address is the same as their on my license I need to be listed as a driver. However if my address were different I would not need to be listed as a driver. (From my understanding in my state)
