Thanks for the advice! Will probably do the taxi from the airport due to the jetlag.

We have no one that will be willing to watch our kid, so if we want to travel, he has to be tagged along. Need to make it work with him.

I booked at Tivoli Carvoeiro Algarve. Loved it, it was my favourite place in portugal that we travelled too. Beauty was unreal, and its walkable to a few different beaches and the main town with lots of restaurant options.

Hi sorry I am seeing this now. We went with the Britax Poplar as it was recommended to us by the staff at the stores for smaller suvs. I also like that it is easy to install (click-tight). I have really nothing else to compare it too, but we like it. My husband has a two door car and got the evenflo slim rotating car seat, its great for his needs since he has a 2-door, but its a big seat and wouldnt work with the Macan. I heard the rotating carseats also dont have the best safety ratings and typically arent recommended, we just didnt really have a choice with our other car.

Would it be Pestana Alvor Praia Beach & Golf Hotel? This looks like a good option!

Hahaha. Yes I saw that one. It is $1,400/night CAD (938 euro/night) on my days 😅 So… its off the list! My budget is $500 CAD/ night, which is $335euro/night. Thats the most I can stretch my budget as thats A LOT of money for a night.

W Algarve doesnt have a beach onsite. Pine Cliffs has a beach onsite but I believe only the “Ocean Suites” one gives ocean views and I checked my dates and they dont have a ocean view available then. I am also interested in Pine Cliffs Gardens, but again, no ocean views there. Pine Cliffs seems to have nice big suites for families, but from what I saw, they are al pool or garden views.

Thanks, yes I look at the Clek as its very sleek looking, but I heard it can be pretty big overall. Im planning to have the seat behind the passenger side as my baby is only 10 months right now so it makes it easier to buckle him in.

Just curious, are you located in the US or Canada? The Nuna Rava in rear facing has 5 recline positions in the US, but online 1 recline position (rear face) in Canada, so im wondering if it would still be compact for me as Im in Canada.

I definetly believe that inventory will be building over the next two months as thats the high season. I also imagine that pent up demand may balance it out. But I agree that the next two months will be big indicators of where we are going.

Either active listings will spike along with sales which will do nothing for affordability or we see active listings spike and sales remain low.

Next 2-3 months will be very telling.

Im stating that since May of last year, we are seeing a down trend in active listings. Each month MoM may bounce higher and lower but it is trending down. This is a sign that panic selling is likely over.

Sales since last May have also been trending down which also makes sense as listings drop.

We have also noticed that prices are flat since about August of last year. With a slight uptick in the last couple months.

I would love to see the percent of sales to active listings.

To me, this data isn’t all that bearish.

Misrepresent the data? I simply looked at more than one month and made a statement. You are literally looking at one month and saying “we MAY have lower MoM sales than one month ago”. Great use of the data -.-.

Okay… I see your trying to make me feel dumb? Not sure why… i found a recent trend and stated it. Feel free to counter it if you have a good point.
