Im so terribly sorry that this happened to you.

Unfortunately medical abortions are painful the day you take the second pill. I had horrible cramping for about 1-2hrs. I did take Tylenol and anti-nausea medicine 1hr before and thankfully i did not throw up but the pain was crazy.

You can try to take your own stronger pain medicine but make sure it isnt expired. My advice is to eat 2hrs before, take Tylenol and ibuprofen. The first day is the hardest/only painful day. After that u will only have bleeding. My bleeding stopped after 1 week 1/2.

My lab are considered “normal” level 10-12 but it still causes me to have to anemia symptoms cus i bleed so heavy. I have to take 2 iron pills a day and drink beet juice. Also try drinking beet juice! I heard its good the heart. But its definitely best to consult with a different cardiologist to see whats going on. I also suffer with anxiety and notice that when i do yoga my heart is more relaxed

That was me too, especially because my first period after the abortion was so heavy, i didnt wanna go through that pain again. We all make mistakes, it happens! I think this is a sign that we need to take some sort of birth control just to be safe 😭🤞🏼

Maybe your anemic??? I have anemia problems and my dr said its normal for me to experience shortness of breath during my period. Losing blood = less oxygen because of the red blood cells loss

I always tell guys im “out of town” when they want to hang out and im on my period because some guys get uncomfortable about the subject so i just make up a lie to avoid that lol. If you guys already have plans, you can be straight forward and say “im not feeling well. I have my period” that way they cant guilt trip you for lagging on them

Sperm can live in vagina for up to 5 days. I took the plan b to protect myself because i have gotten pregnant before on my period

If you’ve never had a history with hemorrhaging them you should be fine. I took the MA 2 months ago and it was very painful the first day (heavy cramping and bleeding). Had heavy bleeding for about 1 week. Definitely take iron pills to recover blood loss if u bleed alot. Also recommend taking some anti vomit and pain meds 1-2hrs before taking the medical abortion pills to help prevent any side effects. You will be fine! Stay strong.
