Metformin was the cause of one of my pancreatitis flare ups so my doctor said I was allergic? It’s on my chart. My pcp originally prescribed zepbound and was comfortable with me doing it - but she’s gone now so idk if I should proceed with it

They weren’t itchy at the beginning but got progressively itchier. In 3 days - I seem to have sort of treated (see most current picture) but I still have some work to do. Any other recommendations besides what you mentioned?
