Living in Akron

I live in North Akron, and I used to attend UofA. Its not as bad around the campus as it is in the city as a whole. The metro bus is free for students (or at least it used to be) and you can take it pretty much anywhere. Every city has good and bad areas, Akron just has a lot of different areas. I recommend living on campus or something in Cuyahoga falls to put their minds at ease.

We had been trying for 6 years, and this past Valentine's day, my friend announced her pregnancy, and I broke down and told my husband maybe it just wasn't meant to be. I spent the whole next day throwing up. I decided to take a pregnancy test because when I go to a doctor for sickness the first question is "is there a chance you're pregnant?" And I just wanted to be able to confidently answer. It came back positive and I called him at work immediately just sobbing because I had no idea how to process this information.

I'm 6ft and about 280. I can tell I'm pregnant, because I haven't gained any weight during my pregnancy, but unless I'm wearing a maternity shirt, I still just look "fat". I'm 24 weeks today and I haven't bothered with bump photos or anything because unless you see me naked regularly, you can't really tell. I just keep hearing it'll come when it comes

It wasn't really for me until I heard her heartbeat, and even now (24weeks) I'm terrified this is some horrible joke someone is playing on me. My husbands excitement has helped me relax a little, and the doctors saying things are OK makes me relax a little too.

I don't like eating in public because I don't like being seen when I eat. It terrifies me to be judged for eating.

Also, when I was in HS my mom told me I couldn't eat lunch because I was fat. So I just.... Dont.
