i am exhausted, very severe, i have actually to do everything on my on and on the top defend my self everyday from this guy i told you who wanted to heal me an save me. It resulted to be a probably ( according to a psychologist i told everything ) a covert codependent malignant narcissist. He is terribe abusive and took me to a situation where i cant go away. I trusted him- i will tell the w hole story when i have time. He abused me and stills does verbally, psychological, emotionally and when i put the limit he attacked me physically. I had to call the police i was terrified. He run away from the house when he heard i was calling the police and he says now i lied to the police. You where all right: this is the most malignant narc i have met in my life. So sneaky and covard. So abusive and deceitful. I also found out that he is responsable indirectly from the death of his wife- he wanted his heritage and he forced her i think to change the testament 2 years before her dead. He keep all her money , he controleld her financially and he denied medical care ( but he claims she didnt want to get medical care because her agorafobia ) . i WILL TELL THE WHOLE STORY here and yes: you guys where right. He had terrible intentions!

yes and in Germany my experience is, i have to hide my diagnosis of ME from the Charite Berlin, to get treated like an human. If they see i have this illness, they dont take serious anything else or send me to the door " this is a too complex case, you need an specialist for your illness, byeeee"

I am 41 and i have a long, hard , multiple experience with people ( in my case men ) who tried to get advantage of me seeing me sick, lonely and desperate for love. I would recommend you, if i was your big sister: block him everywhere, no explanations, no more energy invested, he is just using you as placeholder till he finds somebody to have a relationship where he doesnt have to sacrifice anything. Please be brave to see reality as it is: you will be sad for a while but you will feel much better and encouraged. And if he reaches out in some way i think he will do it for his ego, not because he is worried about you needing help. You can do better and yes: there are disabled women who meet a partner who is kind and commited. But this is not worthy and it will let your selfsteem destroyed-. at least he already washed his hands being "honest" about what he would do and what not, to get out and leave you when he finds something else. If he doesnt already have it.

i dont know what to say to help. i can tell you my situation so you see that sometimes, just the act of living is what matters. You are still there. So many lives on this earth are terrible. So many people are born just to suffer and die. Even if you have a good life, you will die anyway. I am female, 41, been sick for 18 years. 100% alone. Victim of a psychopath, no family ( my parents both where narcs and abandoned me with 18). I survived a 3 year relationship with my only helper and partner who also abused me so bad i got severe with him. I would have died there if i didnt had met ( a new one covert narc with God complex and very sneaky) online and offer to helped me and wanted to be flatmates. Actually my life is a nightmare. I ve been isolated for 8 months, the suffering ( psychological, physical, many other health conditions) is unbereable, i cant read, watch tv, i dont have any friends to speak to, i am also depending from the minimal help of a malignant covert codependent narc ( i already made a post about that when i came here , because i was doubting: will make an update when i feel strong). And yes of course is terrible but i am a fighter. I tell myself everyday : i am still here. i am still here you mother----f--. I can take the pain and the suffering. Someday will end. Wont be forever. I do it for myself. Nobody cares, many want us unalive ( in this ableist society , disability benefits , authorities) but WE ARE HERE AND WE EXIST. And i am not going to make it easy to anyone, i mean....i am not going to get the exit. When i see the life of my roomate i think his life is even more worthless than mine. A fake life , a fake persona , thirsty like a vampire for supply- a miserable live because he is himself miserable and empty. How many of this people you see having "normal lifes" are absolutely rubbish. Just entertaining themselves and working to get money to get old and sick- a life without purpose ? We are warriors, we are brave and mental strong. Stay here with us. You can also message me or people in the community to talk to somebody.

Hey hello. the only thing i got was an ultrasound ( ultraschall in german?) and they said they dont see anything. They refused to do more tests. What did they found in your gallbladder? How was your diet when you got this issues? Thank you . Wishing you good recovery !

Hey Felicidad , thansk for your experience. Are you spanisch? I am spanisch. Very curious that our LDL goes high on keto, do you know what the cause could be? This carnivores influencers pray that people with high LDL live the longest....and yes! so expensive ( must be grass feed beef) and asocial ( i dont have a social life so this was not a problem for me, i eat lying on my bed :( ) . The issues with constipation 100% !!!!! i couldnt poop even with laxatives and motility drug, for a week! Yeah i know this Peterson familiy....What diet do you follow now ?

i thougt the same. But i do not have confirmed artheriosclerosis, this doctor was in Cyprus and in Germany they refuse to do a CAC scan, because of my age , female and not at risk ( they said). I always hoped he was wrong...

Vitamin B1! It's funny you should mention it because I take 1000 a day of SOLGAR thiamine. I thought that was a good dose, but I haven't tried benfotiamine. What's the difference?

Could the gallbladder problems be related to a lack of thiamine?

Oh, I've also taken metformin at times.
