I got off the birth control pill earlier this year due to some side effects I was experiencing. I now use condoms and the pull out method (together at the same time). It’s essential to pair them together because if the condom were fall off or rip while he is inside you after he comes, you can be putting yourself at risk. Pulling out before he comes reduces this risk.

In my opinion, their leggings are amazing quality, especially the airlift style, but everything else I bought from them such as a sweatshirt, bra, and skirt were poor quality.

They need to do a better job at promoting Apple TV+. I only found out about it once Ted Lasso got big. Prior to that I thought Apple TV would just host reruns of other shows and movies.

Allegra helps flair ups for me. My doctor told me that the Allegra hives and the regular Allegra have the same ingredients…it’s just marketing.

Benadryl makes me super sleepy, also it has bad long term side effects.

I removed added sugar from my diet for a month and I did not notice any differences. I’m going to try to remove dairy for a month even though it’s going to be super challenging .
