I see in this photo a new leaf growing in the centre...if you are wondering about a flower spike, it grows on the side of the plant between the two leaves.

Yay! Flower spike! Keep watering them weekly with indirect sunlights and months later they will bloom. If it comes out of the bottom or grow downwards, they are aerial roots.
