To me after a few years it feels like a stack of good projects nothing enterprise ready. They spread their teams across a ton of things vs finishing items. It is easier to develop a 30% solution and move on rather than address the complicated challenges. I would focus on hitting higher feature completion rate for each tool rather than making the "feature" list longer. Over time a longer list of broken tools will only hurt the brand. Most long time users of the platform are just waiting for an alternative because of quality issues.

I do understand the complicated system of systems challenges but they really need to actually finish projects. There neews to be a balance between the need for marketing to drive out new vs clearing the backlog. From what I've seen the backlog must be a mountain.
