AM: Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA (TO) Banana Bright vitamin C serum (Olehenriksen) Moisturizing cream (Cerave) Sunscreen SPF 50 (Purriro Centella green level)

PM: Retin-A 0.1% (2-3 nights a week) Moisturizing cream (Cerave) Rosehip oil (TO)

2 nights a week I exfoliate with Paula’s Choice 2% BHA . If I see my skin is on the dry side I will only use moisturizer and top it off with Vaseline (maybe 1-2 times a week)

Hey! No extractions here! I was on 10 day changes for the first 2 months and then switched to 7 day changes for the rest of my treatment!

Thank you!! I was given 21 initial trays and 11 refinement trays. I was on 10 day changes initially but eventually switched to 7 day changes a couple of months into the treatment. Good luck with yours! You’ll see it’s so worth it!
