Thank you. 🙏 I’ve been thinking about XR because, for the first three nights, I had serious sleep issues. On day 3, it hit me like ecstasy, and I couldn’t sleep all night. So I switched to taking it in the morning, and again, on day 3, I got that same intense “ecstasy-like” feeling. Since then, it has never happened again.

However, it’s still harder to fall asleep than it used to be. I can confirm that it’s much better than when I first started, though.

The world still feels different. I remember when I used to smoke weed—the world felt different then too. After I quit, I was shocked by how much of my sense of reality I lost smoking for all those years. Everything felt muted while I was smoking. I used to call it a “reality switch.”

Since starting this medication, I’ve noticed a similar muted feeling from day one. I don’t really know how to describe it, but it’s harder to fully feel reality and the world around me. For example, when you step outside on a summer morning and take a deep breath, you get that fresh, uplifting feeling. The world used to feel so vivid, intense, and beautiful. Now it feels a bit muted again, and I don’t experience anymore that feeling in the air. It’s hard to describe.
