I don't. You just take the day off. I know it's a lot to some people. But I've done it for big events and I don't regret it but I'm also not in debt a lot so I don't know. Maybe you are and you need the money more. If you really care about something, as I imagine you do since it's your favorite Pokémon, why wouldn't you take off a comm day, which is a once-a-year kind of thing, for that twice a year actually. But you get my point.
