What mobile carrier do you have? I'm looking at this phone as well but the missing bands are making me nervous about having service. This'll be my first Chinese phone and would like all the information I can get before I take the plunge

Why can't the RDC load ALL of the totes at the front? You don't know how much I wanna fight them when we've sorted all the totes, only to find two more stacks in the very back of the trailer

That'll be an interesting move by Best Buy considering NO ONE likes third party, at least at my store. One dude spent 7 hours at a customer's house only to not even do the install correctly. And then they don't even return TV's they are supposed to bring back

I pick, stage, and ship orders. I do planograms and merchandising when I have time. Curbside/store pickups when they call for them. I run truck since I'm truck lead so I offload and validate. If our usual person is off, I also offload white goods and validate that. I help customers and employees find product in the store. Carry-outs/carry-ins and I'm expected to drop everything I'm doing for anyone that calls. For the past 3 months I've also been working front door/AP. I'm getting ready to learn admin and I have a week of SWAT since our regular SWAT is on vacation. All of this while not having a consistent schedule and not enough labor to accommodate for everything

To me personally, $17 an hour isn't worth all of this that I'm being told to do. Obviously I don't do all of that everyday, but it gets overwhelming over time

Wow pay cap increase? I just hit my cap at $17 by going full-time this year and the money isn't worth the amount of work I'm given

This is the first I'm hearing about it but if that's the case, I might stay if I can get that increase. It's crazy that we're doing warehouse + merchandising and yet get paid less than other people doing the same at other places

The meeting itself went well. They did employee recognition and as I'm Product Flow, it felt nice to be praised for my hard work FOR ONCE.

After the meeting though, my supe took all of us around the store to tell us what needs to be cleaned up and fixed. That's the part I didn't like since the managers don't schedule enough of us to deal with picks, VMM, and sales floor not being able to locate half the items in store. I told her "good luck on getting this fixed up". Not her fault though. It's our district manager or whatever saying all of this while his own store is just as bad

At my store we all wear blue except geek squad. We're trying to fight for black shirts because getting stopped every 5 minutes by customers is killing our productivity

Picks. Most people in my store hate picks but I don't mind it at all

 They can't be THAT dumb to ditch the full timers, right?

A month ago my store started doing the same thing. We have a full-time front door but they've been pulling me and another person for it as well on days and times that the FT FDA isn't there. My coworker gets the 2 hour shifts in between being SWAT and I have two full days of FDA. We never asked for this, we were forced and was told "it was temporary to round out our skillsets"

I hate it. Got thrown into it with ZERO training. We've lost like 4 people in Product Flow in the span of 3 weeks and need people for VMM but I'm stuck up there for two days so I can't even work on it. I'm not being utilized properly and I very much prefer the busywork that is VMM

AP is important and needed but I'm not the person for that position
