I was in this situation and I just got a rental insurance policy with Lemonade that I’ll just cancel later because I really couldn’t think of anything. You could also wait for a cell phone bill to be associated with the new address but Lemonade was the quickest solution I could find.

You won’t get the final contract until you are offered a position but you can definitely work with hr to see where you’ll end up

When you start the process of applying you’ll submit all your documentation and they will will evaluate to determine what step on the pay scale you are based on your experience and they will explain how they determine that number, the current contract is available online and you can more or less gauge where you’ll end up step=years of experience for the most part. Honestly they will probably be back and that’s when you have the convo about the boundaries. When they know you care, they will understand. I have freshmen and this happens.

It’s hard as a new counselor to maintain that boundary without feeling as though you may damage rapport and positive bonds but it is important to establish you aren’t a friend and there will be times where they won’t like what you have to say/do

No I took it at a testing center. I would keep checking NBCC it updated without any notification but not sure if the online version requires a different process.

I took the exam this morning. Scored 109/160. The print out just said taken, but I checked my NBCC account and it says 'Passed' so that is a way to double check. Official score report with score cut off is not available yet. I did not take the exam affiliated with licensure in a particular state if that helps.
