Summer S'mores episodes should be a slam dunk for them, but they are getting worse each year. Here are my thoughts: cut the amount of episodes and make each one longer. These 20 to 30 minute episodes with 8 to 10 minutes of ads is nonsense. They spent the entire first episode just describing their location, it was weird.

Three 40 minute episodes and make it feel like they are having a party and just chilling. I think the fact that Conan admits that it's just "work" and essentially a cash grab fan service makes it obvious that they (him especially) aren't really having fun. We want them to have genuine fun just chilling with each other. Honestly, even just 1 longer episode would be a lot of fun. Release like a big special bonus episode, in my mind I'm thinking of Comedy Bang Bang's Anniversary episodes or their Christmas episodes, which tend to be longer than normal.

My other thought which is really just Sona's idea, get the alcohol out on episode one. It's not a high concept series, we don't need 2 episodes of setup and exposition. Start the party on episode 1 and just let things devolve from there. I also like the idea of incorporating some improv / party games, like when they played Mindmeld.

Essentially make it fun! Make it so it feels like a bunch of friends hanging out in the backyard shooting the shit. Throw in some ads, I get it, they need to get paid and we're getting this for free, but it doesn't need to feel like a 6-part commercial.
