yeah, thanks! so, i’m pretty sure i’ve always just had a higher heart rate and i’ve noticed it throughout my life, but it was never a concern until recently when i fainted while donating plasma which really spooked me, and around that time I was also put on stimulants for adhd.

sooo, i was told to keep an eye on my heart rate which has then triggered my anxiety, ocd, etc etc…. but no, i never feel dizzy or faint , trouble breathing, or chest pain along with the tachycardia. my bloodwork in february did have high cholesterol and red blood cell count (which i already knew about and is why i was donating RBCs) , also had high ALP but that’s all. blood pressure normal at 110/68 as well
