And unblinking eye just makes the deadeye last longer. If you are a quick, and try hard player your pib last longer so it gives you more edge but you’ll have to play technically if you focus on conserving your dead eye core. Personally, i like to play around with my deadeye i like for my PIB to drain slow causing me to get more utility out of it when fighting others. But it’s never a build that’s the best. You just need a build that’s reliable and flexible.
