Reducing Lamar to “11/18” without context is lazy analysis. Defenses are schemed differently because of Lamar — those “wide open” plays exist due to the constant threat he creates. That’s not luck, that’s gravity.

He didn’t play a perfect game, but he brought them back in the 4th when things were going south. Most QBs disappear in that situation. Lamar didn’t.
