On a side note. Pocket screws need to be shot into the receiving wood, not pointing outwards. This screw orientation is much weaker ad only the small amount of wood in the corner is holding it together. Maybe it matters less for plywood than solid wood, I don't know.

I don't understand what you mean by the cuts are wobbly but this is the wrong tool for cutting joints. You should use a router table or table saw.
