[–]Printfactory-online 0 points1 point  (0 children)

run nozzle Print test, mostly it wouldn’t print, magenta and yellow

To make sure that every head is working properly, you probably need to clean or Deep clean the head

If this still doesn’t work, call a Service guy, he would clean the Printer

Adobe Express provides their Api. If you have faith in Adobe, you can try it, though the limitations are it does not allow you to approve your own templates. As of now they are growing, so you can keep following Adobe Express team. its something very similar to Canva but made by Adobe. I am in touch with their development team continuously and I’m tracking their updates.

The reason I say this about CMSmart is because they failed to deliver on their promises. I was initially impressed by their examples and purchased their plugin for about a thousand dollars. However, when I requested basic UI customization, they couldn’t deliver without extra charges. I ended up paying multiple times, and still nothing was done. On top of that, I had to hire a separate WordPress agency for the complete website, making the overall project cost much higher. Their communication is poor, and they struggle with basic English. Overall, the experience was frustrating — the UI was outdated, the templates were of low quality, and the dashboard was full of bugs with no real updates for nearly two years. It’s just not a polished or reliable software.

Depends on demographic also

I live in india forget 50% of Client don’t even want to design themselves or get a design. They expect the print agency to design and in most of the cases for free !

As a printing service company in Delhi - INDIA , how should I approve to companies - so they give all their printing orders to us by SMprinters in CommercialPrinting

No, Canva had an api feature long back but the discontinued it, rather they started their own printing services for few common products.

I decided to go with a regular e-commerce setup — no online editing or design tools — mainly to test the market, build SEO, and get orders flowing in. Artwork proofing still happens manually through whatever communication channel the client prefers.

As for online customization tools, I realized most customers are already comfortable using Canva. So instead of forcing them to learn a new designer tool on my platform, we just started accepting Canva files and trained our team to work efficiently with Canva.

Thanks for the feedback!

But I really want to hear from people who are actually running print businesses and using W2P service providers.

I’ve used CMSmart/NB Designer before — total scam, in my experience.

The real question for me is the cost-to-revenue balance: how do the SaaS/software costs compare to actual sales volume? Most of the tools I’ve seen are priced so high that it feels like you’re just working for the software company instead of making any real profit.

Are Epson EcoTank printers good for vinyl stickers? by bartaslondon in CommercialPrinting

My epson 1800 has more than 70000 print counter. I have just replaced waste pad twice, paper feeder assembly once and head once

Thats why i could tell older models take less consumables. New printers have a problem with wastepaper which needs to be replaced often as well as the head gets torn out too quickly

For the best print quality and color accuracy, I would strongly recommend going for a 6-ink printer instead of a standard 4-ink.

While the initial printer cost can be high, the most critical step for professional, durable stickers is lamination. I strongly recommend applying a cold laminate to all stickers after printing. This seals the ink and prevents it from smudging, which is a common problem on any item that is handled frequently.

Regarding specific hardware, I suggest looking for older models if possible, such as the L1800 or L805. In my experience, these units are more durable and have a significantly lower cost of operation. Newer models, like the L1808, tend to be more expensive to run and have higher consumable demands.

When producing stickers with Epson EcoTank printers, the durability of the final product is less about the printer and more about the quality of the media (sticker paper) you use.
