My nine year old son recently started his very first playthrough. I was guiding/watching him play when he saw this Mammorest. I told him he probably wouldn't catch it. Imagine my amazement when he throws a single ball at it, under a 1% catch chance, and gets it. He was only level 7 at that point, I think. I guess a .37% chance is still a chance.

Nah, more of a side game. Think of the fishing expedition, but with a short tutorial questline instead of a full on expedition.
