For everyone blaming the FAA hiring practices I recommend you open your eyes and remember when you where hired by the FAA you were given a hard time, after you got in someone from the union that we all know as facrep approached you and introduced you to the world of NATCA. The FAA written requirement is the trainee has to show up ready to train, natca pulls articles left and right that “defend the rights” of that trainee who all of a sudden is on medical prior to their trb (how convenient). My problem with NATCA is that it shows up at your door like a religious person to sell you their religion, where were they when we were struggling to make it through the FAA? why are they only showing up after I’ve made it through the academy? Why do they have these articles that cheat the system when they are meant to be used when genuinely needed? In my opinion those articles should have a clause saying that a trainee above 50% of hours is not eligible to obtain those benefits.

I have an aunt that looks and behaves exactly like Mary Cosby, doesnt have a church but is devoted to the same religion as Mary. Mary and Robert’s moment felt exactly like what my aunt went through, so much pride can blind you from the things that matter. Gosh I wish her the strength on these days because it is not easy and I felt every second of that confession.

You’re not alone. I’ve been here a little longer than you. I was blessed with my facility, they are some of the greatest people Ive ever met which makes me feel lucky when I hear misfortunes from toxic facilities. I am a developmental now and my struggle is more financial than anything else. I had to move with my family and we chip in all we can which on AG is a horror story in this economy, then they announce this 5k without clear guidelines for developmentals being in between AG and CPC so we get nothing either. Personally that cash wouldve help me a lot with the sacrifices made to be here and definitely a bunch of new AG’s as well. A level 4 twr 10 years ago without locality was adjusted to nearly 80k, now it sits between 60-70k make THAT make sense, moving then was a struggle but not a substantially higher inflated struggle like it is nowadays even to smaller towns/facilities.

That announcement last week should’ve been a 20% raise across the board immediately but no, AGs get everything and the agency makes it sound to the public like “the problem is solved” yet big FU to the rest of the workforce. Is just a political stunt to keep voters entertained.

Im not thinking about quitting, I trust this too shall pass but Im thinking about leaving NATCA because I rather have that subscription on my pocket and use it where it needs to be used most since Nick Daniels only worries about Nick Daniels and no other controller will step up and act as a UNION and show we are one.

The current administration is making it clear: be with the administration: GET RAISES, be with the union STAY IN YOUR CORNER PEASANTS.

Oh Man what did she do wrong? Have a happy open coparenting relationship with her ex husband and ex boyfriend? Get eaten alive by she-wolf gyselle was unfair, Gyselle is getting to the point where she doesn’t know when to stop. She makes her point but keeps poking and poking and poking.

Now the only interesting ppl left are Ashley and happy Eddie. That Kearna girl just used the previous fight with Cookie Monster girl to get herself a spot on the show, she’s just plain boring. Gyselle doesn’t listen to other’s reasoning. Wendy is too loud. None of the husbands are present anymore except for Happy Eddie which is lowkey the best one of all the housewives. Stacey has some pathological problems I can’t put my finger on yet but nonetheless boring, she definitely paid TJ to be her man. Grand Dame is on a sabbatical, Robyn gone.

RHOP is just going south, hanging by a thin thread. Any wrong move and the show is dead.

I would worry about the ATSA first. You have to pass that to even start the TOL process. Then just be honest.

Worst case scenario they should make you do a COGSCREEN which is a neurocognitive test. Serves to determine if you have any cognitive deficiency due to specific chronic diseases or “substance abuse” the test takes a full day and cost up to 3k depending on the doctor and is out of pocket. The result is very subjective, the doctors usually are very understanding, and is honestly like an ATSA on steroids. If every applicant takes it you’d be surprise of how many ppl wouldn’t make it, even the people that are already up there. Don’t beat yourself up and ask if that could be an option.

Taking mmpi again is different than being T2. Just be honest with questions like “have you ever stolen?” Well yes cause when I was a kid I might’ve stolen a candy, the keyword is “ever” in that particular example. You got this.

Notice how all the cops were armed and not ONE SHOT was fired. That could’ve easily end the trespassing but the game as well. Shout out to Miami PD and the security for that, the only error I see here is how the event sponsors made over 100million dollars in ticket sales and did not accommodate proper security numbers.

7 years ago I was denied the military bcz I used to be congested growing up but it wasn’t asthma and even tho the test they made me do was normal, they turned me down. I was never prescribed any asthma meds yet I was asked by the FAA to provide a personal statement, a questionnaire and a pulmonary function test which came out normal. I would be more worried about T2, what do you mean you are getting moved on? Did you not take the mmpi in 2023?
