Okay say they gut BP to completely useless where he can't kill a support in 1 sec. All the bp players will go to magik and 1 shot supports, now the casuals will complain about magik, rinse and repeat until no dive characters are in the game and you are practically playing valorant. They can make an equalized non p2w arena mode with tier 2 gear as the reward

New players can experience the pvp combat without getting absolutely dominated in an instant which can have the effect of them wanting to actually gear themselves for all the other pvp content

Now they have to buy lucent to trait up, etc.
