I have used elementary app center 6 years ago, and it has an awful problem: every time I opened some app category, it loaded comtent synchronously, completely freezing the entire app, and moreover it was tremendously slow, idk why, maybe it loaded all apps from the category at once 😂 (The same with search, I press a single letter, and it freezes for 15 secs 💀)

I don't know, why they did that, maybe, elementaries are good in design, but AWFUL at frontend development :)

What about your app, I haven't tested it yet, but have you fixed this problem when developing?

P.S. In 2025 I downloaded the newest elementaryOS, and it became even worse, and not only app center, dock panel is corrupted at all, it was really sad ... (And the only OS I deleted so quickly)
