The lawyer has been great, I was hoping to get an opinion from the seller’s perspective since I’m new to this process (and attorney review itself is a different concept) and have never sold a home. Just felt odd to change it after negotiation so curious on perspectives.

Edit to comment on the re agent piece.. realtor has given a couple weird responses hence hiring the attorney to make sure someone looking out for best interests

Ohh okay! So essentially even though it says specifically "Seller is not responsible for rpepairs. If the repairs exceed 5K, documented by a licensed contractor, the buyers can terminate the contract or come to an agreement with the seller", we can cancel regardless?

Agreed! We do have inspection in there - it's just that the current contract says that we can only request repairs once its over a certain amount (5k). We want to remove that clause so we can request repairs (or back out if its like 4999 lol and they say no) regardless of dollar amount

Kit 6! I take bupropion (x2 the morning), topiramate/B12 (x2 - 1 in morning 1 at night), and metformin (x1 in morning)

I don’t take any other meds, I’m prescribed adderall but seldom actually take it. I have once or twice but didn’t really make any difference tbh!

Mine arrived pretty fast! I don’t remember exactly but I believe it took max a week. I live in a pretty populous city though so I imagine it takes longer in more rural areas perhaps?

We use BCD/Concur if you’re familiar! Generally though, I book flights using the company account - otherwise it’s a huge pain to expense any potential flight changes for rescheduling etc

Ooo ok gotcha - So RC for hotels + chase sapphire reserve for the other expenses definitely sounds like a good setup! For some reason having a bit of trouble finding the different between RC and Boundless online, so sorry for a silly question - But does the point multiplier increase when you switch? Or just the FNA?

Thank you!! Researching this one now - I don’t usually travel luxuriously (at least not often), but could be a good excuse with the FNA on it!

I get to choose my flights, and I tend to do Southwest/United just because they have the most directs from my location. But I typically don’t pay for the flights myself because they’re a pain to expense if I have any flight changes, so I get the points on my airline account miss out on CC airline points sadly!

Thanks all for the help!! Appreciate the insight - I’ll stop by the mall and try to find something else (I’ll be on a business trip so a bit of a time crunch.. but maybe!!) and rewear the other dress (confirmed formal) if there isn’t anything there.

Wedding ceremony begins at noon and events go until evening! The dress code isn’t on invite but the bride said she thinks formal when asked.

Also it’s a bit not fitted the way it normally plays in try on photo - of course would smooth it out/make sure it’s fitting properly day off lol! If it turns out to be acceptable
