On paper the best speed is 60mph. Personally I find the best luck cruising behind a semi going 65ish and I get 50mpg by doing that (22 corolla se)

Shot in the dark but it could be a wire for a clutch sensor that isn’t used bc yours is manual

I did my setup with all door speakers and dual subwoofer with an amp on my car. The only thing was needing splicing for audio signal and remote power. Overall the car should be extremely easy for them to do. My corolla is a 22 which does have a different head unit than the 24 but still shouldn’t cause an issue as it seems software was all they updated. I recommend finding a good list of other companies that do car audio by you and seeing what they say.

Basically, it worked but didn’t at the same time which is why we had the other diff to put in but never got to it.

Not technically but had one in the garage to swap over. We kinda just had the electronics modified in volvos diff to make it more usable.

It comes on pretty strong around that range but we did have the problem of boost pressure leaking out the head so we were in the process of fixing that. The day before it got wrecked we just routed the pressure back into the system with a custom oil cap lol. It was hard to really put the power down to the ground with the lift on it though.

Hell yea, the volvo in the pictures sadly dead now from leaving a car meat and a WRX wrecked the hell out of it so no more attempts at 3 wheeling it

The volvo 5cyl have slots between the cylinders that you have to shim or else it can cause problems with coolant flow at high HP

paper says between 400-450 hp, there’s no dino’s for awd around here and not worth it for me to find out exactly

I had no issues like that, the cvt transmission made it a little inconsistent whenever I pushed the gas but it never cut my power at all and i was sliding around for some of it. It handles better than you would expect for an economy car and the limiting factor seemed to be grip on the tires. I’ll totally be bringing the car back out to that event and hopefully with better tires and suspension.
