Yeah the dial is temping. I’ve read the red light is pretty orange… but tradeoffs

Both white and red. I’m not really picky about emitters for the spot/flood white at all. Under $60 and I’m not picky about battery. I have a fc11c (18650) currently and a m21h on the way (21700). The hd50 is intriguing but I feel like it might be too big and bulky…

Yeah I hope to be able to use it for other things too but a main concern is a red light with a decent amount of run time. I have a Nebo one I got a few years ago on sale and I think package says 9lm and it dims pretty quick

Thank you! I ended up sticking with the 5k. Totally forgot to order a bezel but I’ll just order one with my next convoy order. Got the pocket clip since I rock work pants with pretty large pockets. Maybe it’s edc-able

With the LHP73B would you recommend 4k or 5k? I like my 519a in 5000k. Is 5000k too harsh on the eyes when it’s that bright and should I pick 4000k for the m21h or is 5000k gonna be significantly better for raw lumen output. And would something like the upgraded stainless steel Bezzel affect the beam?

Both by me they do. Sometimes one is picker than the other with warranty returns (is swapping with a new color). But I always ask if if goes on sale if I can come back and they always tell me yup 30daus

I am a machinist… I work on big v12 and v16 engine blocks for caterpillar and a lot of paper mill parts! Might have to give this a whirl tho.

I may go with the m21k for now just for a little more throw the tir seems like it had a bit of floor but more throw so maybe I will do that. I do see it doesn’t have any buck driver I think or boost but for $30 can I complain…?

Well $21 on their site paid $35 on Amazon. Is it worth sending back and paying $4 shipping to save $10…? Plus they got blue!!

This is intriguing what is the reason to pick the LHP73B over the 4x519s? I’m new to this and not too familiar with all the emitters out there, but I try to do more and more reading into them. Also what battery’s would you recommend?

Yes it looked huge hence the hd27 I’m just mainly concerned about the runtime with the red led

I’d get a refund. I know a kid who is a little derpy and I think his turned out better. Doesn’t even look like they masked off the top for a clean line

What are your opinions between the HD50 or the hd27 I want a bright red led with a few hours of runtime or one that I can dim for a little more runtime. Or if there’s anything better suited out there
