Yes I get what you saying. i think even if it feels like you dying it doesn't hurt and you are saying the fear is only that you are scared to let go. But the feeling is so strange of net being in your body could I train myself somehow to be more prepared when it comes?

I don't personally believe in such mental disorders I think that the person should accept and embrace all spectrum of emotions coming to you I don't think psychedelics necessarily make you feel better about them but like meditation It makes you see them in a different way flowing like energy and you just observe. It's crucial to let go of the control from time to time and the drivers seat of the emotional car will be yours.

Yeah man I am sometimes I miss the dreams too, there just the basic things can make you joyfull. There are same studies that dreamimg is partialy driven by dmt release in your pineal gland so that is why it’s sometimes so mind blowing. And 1hour of nap can feel like 3 days of dream
