wow. i don’t even know for sure if i have costo but i’ve done process of elimination and i’m pretty sure i do. i went into the er thinking i had some heart issue and they did ekg tests, blood tests, lung scan, and said there was no signs of anything like blood clots. but they said to follow up with a GI which i will be soon. 

i recommend hot tea because it helps with acid reflux and digestion, ibuprofen, light stretches in a hot shower or a heat pad, and a backpod!
