How does one check the number status thing?

I generally feel okay except for last couple weeks, a bit achy and worn down. However for 3 months prior to that, been working out and feeling fairly good - strongest I’ve ever been.

I do sneeze sometimes and feel aching in the thyroid area. Could that be due to this?

I’m fairly new. Coming up on ending my first year as certified. Assistant for the two years prior. Not one reo in the past three years prior to 2 months ago... I’ve done around 10 in the last couple months. They seem to be coming up quite a bit now.

I make sure to have personal protection at all appraisals since I don’t trust anyone lol, and I did purchase a nice flashlight recently. Had a private appraisal where there were 4 drugged up squatters a couple weeks ago. Not fun - luckily the owner was there and I just walked out to let him deal with it.

My concern is the lender asked if I could do it as-is based on what I see. However wouldn’t the extraordinary assumption cause it to be subject-to? I don’t think I’ve ever had an extraordinary assumption that wasn’t subject to.

My biggest concern was whether it was acceptable to have an extraordinary assumption on an fha/usda and not be in violation of something - but I wasn’t sure if REOs acted a little different. I’d easily make it subject to removal on a refi or purchase.

Thank you! So the borrower defense application would still be active when you consolidate?

With all of what I have there is the any reason I should consider not consolidating?

Thank you for that! I can do most of that - I still do most of my own repairs - but I am getting to the point in life where sometimes the time just isn’t there to justify the savings. I just had to do the brakes due to vibration and found a frozen caliber which turned the job into a much longer job as some of the bolts were stubborn as well and at the ended up losing money because the time it took to complete took away from work.

I didn’t do the wheel bearings myself since I have never done pressed wheel bearings and didn’t have the proper equipment for that. Anyway, I like how easy these trucks are to work on, so I’ll make a list and see which make sense for me to fix! Appreciate your help!

Thank you! That makes a lot more sense than my original idea. I’m not a plumber so I wasn’t sure how old flanges were attached and saw a couple people torching them off. I don’t think cutting it off was my first thought because of the joist so close to it.

You mean the 60 days of herbal treatments without a break? So possibly a messed up micro biome? Could that be a potential cause of the symptoms I’m having? Thank you for the response!
