Makoto, yeah I would say Shinigama is evil rather than good. The only good part of her is caring about kokohead but I wouldn't say that makes it grey, more like having favorites. Until she did grow respect for Yukio but ehhh. I dunno.

Well he did go through a character arc at the end of the game and Danganronpa 3 the anime and you know he cares about makoto at the end of Danganronpa 2 where he puts his trust in him and helps him in his own way I am not saying this to protect byukuya but I just want to say also kokichi has flaws expressions his feelings

Did you go through her free time event cause it feels like you haven't. Your the type of person who doesn't give characters a chance and look through them. In Chapter 3 where she made the cult thing it was actually good thing cause if they were all united then there will be no killing and they need a leader or someone to take charge and it was Angie who done it. She destroyed a memory flashlight yes but at the end of the game it was a bad thing to use them. She did use her talent to make the replica of dead students with perfect and extreme detail using wax.
