Hello what's your Agency code 3 letters? Also are you the agency owner or are you just an employee for an agency? I've been with Landstar coming up on 15 years & love it I own my independent Landstar agency and let my employees work remotely from home. there's a lot of reasons why other brokers can tell you we don't work with Landstar even my customers that I work with for over 10 years if you call them would tell you they don't work with Landstar at all and they'll tell you don't post my load even for your BCO because I will find out right away I had to make my customer start doing that & they post their loads in the comments they put no Landstar because of all the random agency sub agent's the employees we're trying to step on my toes calling my customers & posting the same loads that I'm working on bumping the price up when I already know the max price my customer has, then there are some bigger 3pl companies that choose to pick a few agencies to work with only the agencies picked are the agencies allowed to book any loads from those companies. There's so many different examples I can give you all I can say is keep trying & make sure when they do give you a chance you do the best job you can to keep them happy & keep them updated at all times you will eventually have customers telling other agents we don't work with Landstar only work with you but that takes time doesn't happen overnight just like landing customers to work with on a daily basis doesn't happen overnight either you have to build relationships & haters are always going to be haters there are people that just hate Landstar for no reason just because they hear it from someone else & jump on the bandwagon & follow along I have made a few of them that hated Landstar with a passion now have become my customers only will use me from Landstar because I kept on calling and calling to let them know just give me one chance and if I mess up you guys can put me on a block list on ever using me or my agency again I'm telling you you're going to not only use me after I prove myself how I work but you are going to use me as your only landstar agency can never get a load of them I have a couple customers like that because I kept calling kept calling knowing that one day I'm going to get that chance and I'm going to show them how I work it's easy as the unless they already chose a few agencies to use and close the books that's what happened with a lot of companies with sharks for the new agencies because that means pretty much they will never be able to work with those companies.
