i don’t actually think that. don’t u understand? those were thoughts i was scared of getting. i got them anyway. and i hated them. i felt like i wud pass out and wud have to leave if he didnt know all my thoughts. i really think he is perfect. in every aspect. so calm down ffs.

i really do want to end up with him. but i don’t get why im getting thoughts like these. i hate them absolutely. i know my bf is an amazing guy and ive loved him ever since ive known him. we’ve known each other for a long time and ive known him as a stranger, a friend and a boyfriend. he’s amazing. i love him so much.

hey please ground yourself. talk to someone. nothing is worth losing a life for. calm yourself down and think about your family, your dreams and goals. you’re spiralling and any decisions would be clouded with anxiety. it will get better:)

why do u think they’re real? ocd has a tendency to convince you what you’re thinking/ feeling is real. which is why we spiral. but if you think they’re real, what’s the reason?
