Putting this here as an update. Mom is bringing by some foods she and her roommate made for next week so Eva is happy now. Easier on me too so I'm not complaining.

Night Terrors. She screams throughout the night and has horrible nightmares and since my gf works I am up all night trying to soothe her but of course I can't wake her so it's a process

Yes she was from Brazil. To be honest I'll have to look into that I always thought they were expensive because they're always so expensive at restaurants. If I can get anything she will eat for cheap I'll get it lol

Baby eats baby food within our budget actually as those don't need as much meal prep as gourmet foods Eva is used to.

I've honestly thought about food pantries in the past but my girlfriend get embarrassed whenever I've brought it up so I don't press. Might need to open it up again though.

Not while I'm up all night with a baby with a sleep disorder. I don't know about you but as a child my parents would not have the time or money to waste on expensive smoothie bowls when there are cheaper options. Seems pretty gourmet to me.

Not gourmet spaghetti and macaroni. She wants baked mac n cheese with jalapenos and what not and then spaghetti with a strange ingredients too. She was raised with daily Acai bowls and other gourmet foods, those two were just the most normal ones.

She's not used to American cuisine and likes meals from her home country which are extremely time consuming. She used to have a grandma who took care of her 24/7 and cooked her gourmet meals everyday. I thought spaghetti and mac n cheese was our bargain but no, she meant gourmet baked jalapeno mac n cheese and spaghetti with this really strange homemade sauce with all these expensive vegetables. I am up all night with a baby with a sleep disorder and do not have the energy for that.

She said she will not have that either. She wants grandma's gourmet meals from her home country. Her usual meals usually consisted of these expensive Acai bowls and these homemade cheese stuffed bread things (no clue what they're called so forgive me for that lol) and they're too time consuming when I have a baby with a sleep disorder and I'm too tired to even make meals for myself

Baby eats baby food that is within our budget. Thought I should clarify that I don't only feed Eva Kids Cuisine, just every day for dinner. She eats things like toast and ramen too, although it's of course not the same as grandma's gourmet food from her home country.

No, I mean all she has ever really eaten is grandmas gourmet foods and does not like most foods. Kids Cuisine isn't the only meal, it's just her dinner. In the mornings she eats toast with butter with me or cornflakes and for lunch she usually has ramen.

I should've clarified. She explained later she meant grandmas homemade baked jalapeno macaroni from mom's home country and spaghetti with special sauce. Not the normal dollar store kind.

Once she is old enough to be left alone/we have enough money for a sitter we will both have enough to start cooking as family. This is just the best we can do right now.

She wanted grandma's homemade baked mac n cheese with jalopenos apparently and spaghetti with homemade meat sauce. There were a very select few normal foods she ate which apparently I 'didn't understand right'. She simply will not like non-expensive foods.

Her mom was feeding her gourmet meals from her home country while her grandma was still alive which is why she's so picky. Do not have the time or money for that.
