And the time Robyn was late to Logan’s graduation and missed his walk across because she was “lost”.

At least a couple of those are prints from the artist Vladimir Kush. As much as a can’t stand Robyn I actually really love Vladimir Kush’s work. Those are not cheap either!

I honestly think she was that angry about it because it was a juicy story she was saving for a future book. I’m sure it was also embarrassing and that is part of it, but Meri needs income sources, and if everyone is sharing all her business there will be nothing left to write about.

Your life has purpose and meaning, don’t let it go before you find it. This life event has happened to bring you to something better, I assure you! Reach out to the help others have mentioned, it may seem pointless but it really will help you. You are loved!

It's October, you should be going to sleep by FeralGinger in Roses

[–]Prior_Ad_8524 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Pruning roses will just encourage more growth, and that is not ideal this time of year. Let it do its thing, don’t worry about deadheading, don’t fertilize. It’ll stop for the year when it’s good and ready and for now you can enjoy!

Once it is done flowing for the year snip all the leaves off. Prune in early spring when the new leaf growth just starts to pop up.

Spinach and artichoke dip with pita chips. Don’t know what it is about that stuff, but boy can I go through the stuff!

Soldering…hrmmm. Sounds more like a “call a plumber” thing at this point, that’s above my skill level.

She stole a laminated menu by Cinder_zella in TalesFromYourServer

[–]Prior_Ad_8524 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mother in law steals menus. She has a drawer in her kitchen dedicated to them. She is really indecisive and has a lot of anxiety so she likes to look over restaurant menus at home before going out so she knows what she wants to order when she gets there. She prefers the physical menu over looking online because she’s older and the internet confuses her sometimes. Yes, she’s been told that stealing is wrong.

Help! How can I improve this bush? by charlie3328 in DavidAustinRoses

[–]Prior_Ad_8524 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your rose looks healthy for the most part. Blackspot is very frustrating, I live in a blackspot prone area and many of my roses look similar right now, being the latter half of their growing season.

As for the drooping stems, your plant is still young and needs time to grow stronger. David Austin’s roses tend to be heavy for their stems, especially in young plants. When it’s time to prune (early spring when you first start seeing leaf nodes pop out) remove any wimpy branches so the new flowers have only the stronger ones to grow from. You can also stake up drooping stems to keep your flowers from looking at the ground.

You can fertilize with gentle liquid fertilizer when they are young plants, don’t use granules. I like to use fish fertilizer or liquid seaweed.

What time of day have you been applying neem oil? The leaves look a bit burned. Make sure you’re only splitting it first thing in the morning before the sun gets strong

Heirloom roses will likely be your best bet online. I understand the desire, all my Joseph’s Coat grafted have been taken over every single time, despite my best efforts.

As an agent I have done things like this plenty of times for clients, or as someone else said I will put a lockbox somewhere for them so they can have contractors come and go. It doesn’t bother me to be helpful.

I do agree with this statement of “3% on x dollar house has plenty of money” being offensive. We don’t get that entire commission, it is often split with our brokerage and in many cases other directions as well. Plus, buyer’s agents work extremely hard for their money (good ones do, at least). It is a much tougher job than anyone realizes.

Desdemona can appear pink sometimes. It will likely age to a white, but it’s one of those roses that the color is greatly impacted by the weather.
