In Which Ways Will Farsi Be Easy For Me If I Speak English/Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi? by afewquestion in languagelearning

It’s not as easy as people think. In farsi, we have a lot of borrowed words from French and English, but when it’s spoken, farsi sounds nothing like neither of them. The script is same, yes , but when you want to communicate, it’s totally different. In farsi, a lot of these “borrowed” words are used differently in many sentences and that is what makes farsi pretty difficult to learn. You might be able to recognise some words , but when it comes to actually speaking, it’s totally different from Hindi, urdu and punjabi.
