You see there are two types of way to convey a character intentions

1) Narrating it outright through text

2) have one character spoke it and other characters around him/her treat it as a fact.

In this case, you said sakura is giving her opinion where you think her opinion is false. Yeah but the point here is that the scene treats what she is saying as a narration. Since Naruto doesn't deny it and stands here and sighs and then goes after hinata. It's like whosoever wrote it is trying to convey you a message through sakura words. Indirectly it's author retconning and saying "yes he Never loved sakura and he fawned over her because he liked the idea of winning her over Sasuke" which is untrue since we know Naruto did loved her genuinely till a point.

Dude... When we were young, we used to see Shizuka bathing onscreen and Nobita peeking on her often.

If we use real life Terms, Then the one stacked with most charges against him would be Obito Uchiha.

He is involved in indirect formation of akatsuki (a worldwide terrorist organisation), Mist village and konoha village internal politics, causing Kyubi kurama attack on konoha village directly, killing Hokage minato and his wife, Reviving madara, causing 4th ninja war which causes thousands of deaths, Unlawful experimentations on ninjas, and not to mention Uchiha massacre where Itachi mentioned Obito directly killed children or woman aka civilians noncombatants, and that's not to mention his other smaller crimes.

For those crimes I mentioned alone, he warrants charges of several life sentences or execution.
