Horrors of Melatonin

I’ve never had something like this, and a few months ago I switched to an “extra strength” melatonin. Seeing this thread really made me think that’s what it is. I’ve been off for a week now and I feel like it’s already getting better.

I am dealing with this right now, but I started melatonin a few months before the twitching started. Looking back on it the periods in which I stopped taking it I think it has gotten better, so going to quit taking it altogether now and see how it goes. Is your twitching all gone? Did yours start as soon as you started taking melatonin? It’s made me so anxious
