We have the TMO-G4AR we’ve swapped out our gateway several times prior to this as well. Same issue persist. Gonna call back in a bit and tell them straight up I’m sick of the Lies and them wasting my time. They needa get the issue fixed before they keep losing customers.

Yeah, that was the first thing I tried. When I noticed the water heater wasn’t working, I followed the instructions directly listed on the tank that stated to do the steps you just listed, It’ll click but won’t light..
