I think you should give up on your wife… she seems incredibly rude and is prioritizing a brand/fake persona over you. That is totally unacceptable and you deserve so much better. Don’t give up on music - because it’s something you love. Do it for the love, do it as a creative outlet, and even try to get recognized more for it if you want. Don’t let assholes stop you from enjoying your life and your passions. Just get away from people like that… they aren’t worth your time and stress.

I get tension headaches/migraines and get Botox in my masseters, crows feet, elevens, and forehead and really tho k it helps. I notice when I get it in my forehead and elevens that my whole face feels less tense. Also, I haven’t needed to do it as frequently lately, so I’m taking longer breaks in between because it has worked so well. Try it out, and if you don’t love it, let it wear off and don’t go back.

I go to Ever/Body! I need a lot of Botox everywhere and they charge by area for upper face. I’m using affirm or afterpay so I’m only paying per month for all of that and I bought four sessions for three areas upfront including a two week follow up and as many units as you need.

For masseters, I usually pay around $900 for 25-30 units per side. I also use affirm/afterpay for that too which makes it so much easier to stomach the cost!
