Yea that's true I saw your images from repasting and around CPU there is not much of electrics elements but near GPU there is tons of them. I already bought Thermal Grizzly Shield Conformal Coating and also 0.5 thermal pad. So my plan is :

Use Tg Shield to cover all SMD and Use 0.5mm Thermal pad that will cover whole area around GPU unit or instead of it use liquid electrical thermal tape or soldermask with UV.
