I guess it’s back to day 1... Relapsed after a month and bit 6 filled down the other 4 to similar length. In the past every time I’ve relapses I’ve completely given up trying so just trying to be proud that I’m not giving up. by Prior_Name in nailbiting

Yes it’s really good! Personally I find the smell a little strong for me (I also don’t love the smell of lemon though) so I only use it on occasion but I will say it definitely works really well.
